ITP's goal is to train a new kind of professional - one whose understanding of technology is informed by a strong sense of aesthetics and ethics. In a field that moves so quickly - where today's innovations may be obsolete tomorrow - students need more than just technical skills. They need an understanding of the underlying structures that fuel the dynamism between technology and creativity. Through a three-Tier course structure, internships and exposure to our prominent faculty, visiting scholars and our expanding alumni network, students have valuable opportunities to form relationships with key individuals and organizations in the interactive new media fields.
