Biography
Marc Libarle is a practicing attorney living in San Francisco. He works in matters pertaining to technology, media, and intellectual property. This has included software development, copyright, patent, trademark, print and broadcasting. His work also involves legal issues concerning the impact of digital technology on personal privacy. From his work in law, technology, and research on the impacts of information policy, he has fashioned both the Information Contours and Embedding Privacy courses, which are offered as part of the ITP curriculum.
